MaSEL Outreach Program
Description - MaSEL has developed an outreach program to encourage high school students especially minorities and women to pursue higher education, develop career and expertise in STEM fields. We are visiting high schools in the Chicago area to deliver lectures and invite their students for a field trip at UIC. These lectures will prepare them to make a transition from high school to graduate college for higher education in STEM fields. High school students can also participate in research activities during Summer.
